H.S.A. is actively involved with "Wraparound Orange", a System of Care effort operated by the Orange County Government. A System of Care is a coordinated network of community-based services organized to meet the complex needs of children and youth with serious mental health concerns.

Services are customized, need based and "wrap around" youth suffering from serious emotional disturbances.
