The Orange County Juvenile Assessment Center has been under the management of Human Services Associates since February 1994. With 24 hours of operations, the utilization of the JAC continues to perform as a one-stop, centralized receiving and processing center for youth from Orange County who are charged with a criminal offense, who are truant or who may be at risk of becoming involved with the Juvenile Justice System. The JAC houses numerous services that include, but are not limited to: secure detoxification, case management, mentoring, individual and group counseling, parenting classes, life skills training, anger management classes and substance abuse and mental health assessments.
