The JAC is a collaborative effort between Human Services Associates, Inc. (HSA) the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Orange County and local Law Enforcement agencies to provide services to youth.  The JAC Operations and support staff are responsible for JAC daily operations, maintenance and overall facility management.  HSA is also responsible for the organization, facilitation and record keeping of the JAC Governing Board meetings and the weekly Site-based Management Team meetings.  All reception and support staff services are provided to the JAC through HSA which includes the front desk/lobby area, mailroom, data entry and closed files maintenance.
