Services: The FIS Program is a community-based intervention program which provides services to adults and their families who are involved in the child welfare system, when substance abuse is suspected as a contributing factor to the abuse/neglect situation. Referrals are accepted from Dependency Case Managers and Protective Investigators. The FIS Program provides adult clients and their families with a comprehensive screening, referral and case management services, with a goal of improving both substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health disorders and child welfare outcomes.  Serving Brevard, Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties.
