Services: Access To Recovery is a federally funded program assisting American Veterans 18 years of age or older with active substance abuse or history of substance abuse and co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. ATR emphasizes client choice, allowing individuals to choose where they receive clinical treatment and recovery support services in the community among a network of community-based and faith-based providers. The services provided by the Access to Recovery program include assessment, referral, outpatient treatment, residential care, medication management including methadone, case management, urinalysis testing and care coordination. Serving Orange and surrounding counties. ATR will also accept non-veterans.
